How can I place an order?
When you decide to place an order, you are asked to complete an order form.
This form requires your name, billing and shipping address, credit card number
and expiration date. You should also include other information such as your
telephone number to make it easy to contact you regarding your order if
necessary. We do not share this information with any third party.
After submitting your order to us:

Order is reviewed/verified by management.

Provided the items you want are in stock, your credit card is then charged,
credit card authorization and verification are placed on the order from our
credit card processor.

We then proceed to pick and pack your order.

Once your order has been entered thru our carriers shipping computer, a
tracking number is then allocated to your order.

After your order is actually shipped, you will receive another confirmation
stating that your order has been shipped, you may check with USPS or UPS
directly online at www.usps.com
or www.ups.com
by using the Tracking Number we emailed you.

If a product runs out of stock, you will be informed and your order will be
cancelled.
